Hi I am Christel, an International Education Consultant based in Turks and Caicos Islands.

Christel Chantoiseau is an International Education Consultant at RSS Outbound Consultancy Services Inc., a company founded by her mother and mentor. Growing up in the family’s travel and study consultancy, she developed a passion for guiding students in achieving their academic and career goals abroad.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, majoring in Travel and Tourism, from De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde in Manila, Philippines and completed a hospitality apprenticeship in Sydney, Australia. With over a decade of experience in hospitality internships and study-abroad consultancy, she has successfully helped students access opportunities in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Unites States of America, Canada and across Europe.

As an expat wife and mother, Christel has lived in eight countries, gaining a deep appreciation for cultural diversity that enriches her practice. She is also certified as a USATC, PIER, CCEA, ICEF, and ASF licensed education counsellor, affirming her expertise in international education consultancy. With unwavering commitment, she continues to support students from the Philippines, India, and beyond in their journeys to study, travel, and thrive abroad.
