Christel Chantoiseau is an International Education Consultant at RSS Outbound Consultancy Services, Inc., a company built on passion, experience, and family values. Raised in a household dedicated to travel and study consultancy, Christel naturally developed a love for helping students turn their dreams of studying abroad into reality.
Christel is a licensed and certified education counsellor through USATC, PIER, CCEA, ICEF, and ASF, and she takes pride in providing honest, caring, and reliable guidance. She is deeply committed to helping students from the Philippines, India, and beyond navigate their journey to study, travel, and thrive overseas.
